NLP Business Practitioner...

Our NLP Business Practitioner course focuses on the aspects of NLP which can be comfortably and practially applied within the context of a business. NLP is really the ultimate in Emotional Intelligence improvement.

  • Understanding yourself and others to excel:
    • Values:
      • How they are formed
      • The impact values have on individual performance and organisational culture
      • Eliciting values and understanding meaning
    • Meta Programs: your very own personality assessment tool; get to know yourself and others quickly with a few simple questions
  • Building deep rapport to influence:
    • Honing your sensory acuity skills to notice unconscious behaviour at a deeper level, i.e. what's not being said
    • Using your body to get into rapport (and sometimes break rapport) to positively influence e.g. during meetings, one-to-one discussions, sales, and negotiations
    • Using rapport to pace and then lead individuals and groups out of negative states of mind: creating optimal states of mind to enhance performance
    • Using language to build rapport: being able detect different 'thinking' types and use 'their' language  when you're not on the same 'wave-length'
  • Understand how your mind works in order to get better results:
    • Appreciate how we create our “reality”
    • The power of the unconscious mind
    • The psycho-physical connection: how body influences mind and visa-versa
    • Understand Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic thinking
    • Change the way unhelpful thoughts / memories, (which may be holding your performance in business back) are encoded in your mind
    • Interpret eye patterns to get an insight into how another person thinks

  • Mastering language and communication to generate change in yourself and fellow team members:
    • Using conscious and unconscious language patterns:
      • The Meta Model: A language model which enables you to get to:
        • Challenge team members / the norm (with positive intent)
        • Open up collegue's perception of what is possible
      • The Milton Model: ambiguous language to positively influence the unconscious mind to stimulate change
      • Listening to and identifying language patterns so that you can ask change generative questions

      • Open up new possibilities through story telling and metaphor

  •
  • Creating change in yourself and others:
    • Dealing with limiting beliefs
    • Setting well formed outcomes (goals) in your personal / business life
    • Using Timeline to create goals and bring forward resources
    • The Swish Pattern to change unwanted habits or behaviours
    • Perceptual Positions and reframing to gain new perspectives on relationship diffiiculties and remove personal barriers to change
    • The New Behaviour Generator: a process which enables great performance, just when you need it!

  • Cultivating states of excellence:
    • Anchoring: a process to generate positive states of mind
    • Chaining anchors in order to produce change in yourself and others, for example to move from procrastination to motivation
    • Exonerating yourself and others of bad feelings through collapsing (getting rid of) negative anchors (feelings)

  • Improving performance by eliciting and changing ineffective behaviour:
    • Understanding the difference that makes the difference between an average performer and a brilliant performer
    • Changing less than perfect internal strategies
    • Modelling excellent performers
