Why PPA?

First and foremost, PPA really increases self-awareness; how can we improve what we do, if we’re not fully aware of the impact we have on others? Also, because the report is objective and raises both positive and negative aspects of a person’s behaviour at work, it provides an ideal platform for personal development.  We use PPA to assist clients with:

• Leadership and Talent Development
• Appraisals

 

What we offer:

We work with groups and individuals combining PPA with training, coaching and NLP to enhance performance. You can purchase as much or as little of our service as you like; this is the total process:

 

• Complete PPA on-line (7 - 8 minutes)
• Meet to:
• Feedback results and discuss report (1 hour)
• Identify a development plan based on the results (1 hour)
• One-to-one coaching for 6 – 12 months to complete the development plan
• Group training workshops on DISC to enhance development areas and understand how to get the best out of different ‘types’
