Estelle Read, Director of beee, has 14 years Human Resource experience, 5 years of which were spent heading up a Human Resources team/Corporate Training and Coaching Department for a Legal 500 firm. The remaining 9 years were spent working for blue chip manufacturing companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

Estelle has membership status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching, is a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a Certified Trainer of NLP, trained by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Claire and Michael Carroll.

Estelle is also an associate member of the Coaching Circle; an organisation which promotes and maintains standards of coaching excellence and provides regular supervision and continuing professional development.

Mike Read, Consultant, has over 20 years management experience in operations, sales and research and development in the chemical industry. Michael has in excess of 15 years experience of change management and also has familiarity in dealing with businesses internationally in Europe, USA and Asia.

Michael has an Hons degree in Chemistry and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
