Estelle Read, Managing Director of Beee and a qualified Coach, has been working with executives for over 7 years and designing and delivering training workshops for over 12 years. Before setting up Beee in 2005, Estelle spent 14 years in Human Resources (HR), 5 years of which she headed up a HR Team / Corporate Training and Coaching Department for a Legal 500 firm. Prior to that she worked for blue chip manufacturing companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

Estelle has membership status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching, is a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a Certified Trainer of NLP, (trained by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Claire and Michael Carroll).

 

Mike Read, Director of Beee, has over 20 years management experience in operations, sales and research and development in the chemical industry. Michael has in excess of 15 years experience of change management and also has familiarity in dealing with businesses internationally in Europe, USA and Asia.

Michael has an Hons degree in Chemistry and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

We also work with a number of other Associate Coaches who are highly qualified and members of the Coaching Circle; an organisation which promotes and maintains standards of coaching excellence and provides regular supervision and continuing professional development.
