We are trained to use the Thomas International products which include the Personal Profile Analysis, Emotional Intelligence Assessment and a 360 Degree Feedback Questionnaire. Here’s how we use them:

 

Improving employee engagement and developing your talent…

 

  • We use the assessments to benchmark employees existing behaviours, competencies and emotional intelligence and then create a personal development plan, which we work on with the employee through coaching. Coachees can then be re-assessed to establish the tangible improvement.

 

Getting your teams to work cohesively…

 

  • Having disjointed team members that don’t work effectively together can be the equivalent of pouring money down the drain. As a team leader or manager, you can end up having to over-manage certain individuals and resolve conflict as opposed to getting the job done. We use the assessments to establish a ‘team profile’, and then work with your people to get them to understand how one another ‘ticks’ and resolve any underlying conflicts. Appreciating why certain people behave the way they do and how best to communicate with different ‘types’ enables teams to work cohesively.

 

Enhancing leadership potential…

 

  • How does a person become a talented leader? Sometimes people are promoted to leadership positions because they are technically brilliant; that’s not to say that they don’t have the potential to make a great leader, the difficulty is in defining what they need to become. We have the tools that assess your leaders existing competence and can then design and deliver the appropriate training and coaching intervention to bring your talent on.
