360 Degree Feedback Questionnaire…


We use the Thomas International 360 Degree Feedback Questionnaire to enable our clients to get tangible, objective feedback on their performance, either as a Leader or Sales person within their organisation.


Why is this useful?


Sometimes businesses can struggle to either gain an honest critique of an employee’s performance or the appraisal process becomes tired; this results in managers, leaders and their employees ‘going through the motions’ when it comes to performance reviews.


If you’re going to appraise people, you might as well do it properly!


How does it work?


We take the hassle out of the process by administering the questionnaires, which are completed on-line by 6 – 25 respondents per candidate. The respondents are asked to rate the candidate against a series of competencies; they are also asked to comment on strengths and weaknesses. We then get together with your employee to review the feedback and from that we devise a development plan, which we work through for 10 – 12 months. At the end of the coaching programme, there is the option of repeating the questionnaire again to obtain evidence of the performance improvement.
